Our journey

Field Valley Canine, LLC opened at the end of 2023. Starting with teaching in-home basic obedience, we grew eager to offer more to the area. In 2024, we expanded services with our service dog program and custom behavior modification programs! In 2025, we started servicing daycare and boarding dogs at Pawsome Inn in Waukesha, Wi. We continue to build our programs and stay up-to date in our methods.

Meet the owner

Madison Effinger is the Owner and Lead Trainer at Field Valley Canine, LLC. She started her journey working at the Humane Animal Welfare Society in Waukesha, Wi. Here she learned feeding, vaccination administration, medical care, as well as basic dog behavior. After being in a shelter environment for a few years, Madison wanted to do more for dogs in the community. In 2022, she received her Master Dog Trainer Certification from the School for Dog Trainers in North Carolina. There she studied different training methods while working alongside pet dogs, service dogs, and police K-9’s. After graduation, Madison decided that it was time to challenge progressing and furthering her career. In 2023, Field Valley Canine, LLC was created. In her free time, she enjoys continuing her education and donating time to service dog projects.
